So, I grew up in Boston, MA – spent most of my time in a hockey rink or behind the cash register of my father’s record store, SOUL SOUNDS – where I grew an appreciation for James Brown, Brothers Johnson, Al Green and the great Teddy Pendergrass. Ended up in LA by way of Baltimore where I worked professionally on stage, film and TV in Baltimore and DC. After some time in New York, I ended up here: writing, acting and performing on stage. I’ve been fortunate enough to have work produced here in LA, NY, DC, Ojai and Aspen, Colorado (what’s up, Boston?!) I’ve worked professionally on film and TV in nothing that you’d remember but I did almost run over Ted Danson (INK) and had lunch with Shirley Maclaine and Nic Cage (Guarding Tess). On stage, I’ve appeared on stage at the Kennedy Center, Folger Library and The New Shakespeare Theater. My first one-man show, The Sheik Comes to Cooper’s Coffee was seen in New York and was later followed by Songs My Father Taught Me, and Child’s Play (HBO Comedy Festival). Other plays include, RaTS iN THe CoffeeHouSe, and RAP (Minneapolis Playwright's Center Finalist). Most recently, Prepare For Landing was selected for the Iowa University short play competion. andThe Passion of the Couch was produced at the Faux Film Festival (Portland, OR). Currently, I live in Beverly Hills, CA with my wife and our three children, where I have more free time than ever!!
